Our mainstay line of products, derived from the Mediterranean Souri olive variety, is named after the ancient Phoenician trading port of Sour. Cultivated in the groves of the Akkar region in northern Lebanon, our olives produce a wide range of fruity extra-virgin and exquisitely infused olive oils.

ZEJD olives are cultivated according to worldwide best practices. Green, black, pitted, sliced, crushed or even stuffed, our olives are handpicked at the best stage of ripeness, which ensures a firm flesh and unique subtle taste.

Cultivated in special organic land lots, free from pesticides, just as intended by nature, our souri olives are handpicked mid of October to produce a wide range of fruity extra virgin olive oil, tasty green pickled olives and exquisitely infused oils.
